How to reach us
Open the app's page on Google Play or the Apple App Store (The Ledger Report), expand the developer/support contact section, and use the support email or website listed there.
We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What to include
- Bug reports — your device model, OS version (Android or iOS), and what you were doing when the problem happened.
- Deletion requests — note that you can erase everything yourself, instantly, via Delete My Data; no request needed.
- Privacy questions — see the Privacy Policy first; it covers everything the app does and doesn't collect.
Refunds
The one-time purchase ("Unlock the full story") is processed by the platform's app store. On Android, refunds are handled through the Google Play refund page; on iOS, through reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also contact us and we'll help you through it.
